Vanessa Lopez, Sports Editor
Starting her first year on staff as one of the Sports Editors, senior Vanessa Lopez is eager to document these historical times. Besides writing for the Omega, Vanessa is a captain of the DGN varsity swim and dive team, various leadership clubs, Empowerment club, Class board, and Government Club. Outside of DGN, Vanessa swims year round, but when she’s not in the water, you can find her doing something with her hands such as embroidery, altering clothes, and crocheting.
