SEMESTER SCHEDULE: the rest of the semester will feature two weeks of Hybrid learning starting Oct. 19, followed by one full remote week. Due to various factors, this pattern will continue for the rest of the semester.

WEEK OF HYBRID: the modified hybrid plan features students returning to school two days a week for half-days. The second week of this schedule for Group A would see them come to school on Tuesday and Wednesday in the afternoons. Group B would have the same schedule, but on Thursdays and Fridays.

DCHD METRICS: current metrics from the DuPage County Health Department show that community transmission is moderate.

PHASES: according to Thiele, the community currently resides in between the low and high moderate levels of Phase 4.

TRANSMISSION CHART: statistics and recommendations from the IDPH, DCHD, and CDC, outlining what determines "minimal," "moderate," and "substantial" transmission levels.
