Who is Gaby Martinez?
According to her co In Depth editor, she is “a beautiful ball of fun”. She’s not sure what that means either. Starting off as a young, insecure staff writer, she moved on up to A&E editor, where she fell in love with Steve Pulaski the Omega. Gaby is a known supporter of punny headlines, controversial stories, and hummus. In her spare time, you can find her watching SNL, reading a good book, or trying to be witty on Twitter. .
Awards: 1st place at IHSA sectionals in Feature Writing and part of the state championship team.
